Mint mochi
Mochi Ice Cream is a Japanese dessert made from mochi (pounded sticky rice) filled with ice cream. It is known as a finger food, typically eaten by hand or by a toothpick. It has two layers; a soft, powdery outer shell, and an inner core of ice cream.
